I create a warm, non-judgmental space where you are safe to talk and feel. I draw upon humanistic, existential, and psychodynamic approaches to psychotherapy. I utilize EMDR, Internal Family Systems Therapy, and mindfulness to help deepen processing. I enjoy using elements of Positive psychology to help highlight your strengths and increase happiness.
